As discussed during the Summit last week, Mozilla Labs is now reaching out and calling for participation in exploring possible future directions for the Web. In particular, we're hoping to engage the wider design community who have not traditionally been involved in open source projects or design.
The first iteration of the concept series will hopefully provide additional ways for designers and other non-programmers to participate and become part of the Mozilla community.
Our hope is that new voices, ideas and concepts will challenge our collective thinking, facilitate discussion and provide inspiration.

Chris; I'd like to do a demo of an X application for you. All you'll need is the X terminal and a command line from me.

Hi Chris,
i think is a good idea to open the Concept Series to non-proggrammers to help development, sometimes youre afraid to show your voices or ideas about improving the browser because of the high-tech level of the improvements that usually are discussed.
But i think there's a lot of issues that researchers and UXP designers can help to solve at a non-technical level to provide a better user experience using Firefox.
There's a lot of ideas posted in the Concept series already, hope it keeps growing... I posted myself a couple of them and hope to keep contributing.
Thanks!
Diego
